Screening as part of a theme day on Madagascan oral traditions. Auditorium. Sunday 30 March 2025 from 4.30pm to 5.30pm.
MEG's Sunday films continue for another season, focusing on essential and topical themes that echo the permanent exhibition.
Documentary, fiction and animated films on these themes are shown free of charge in the Museum Auditorium one or two Sundays a month.
As part of the BiblioWeekend at the MEG, which will focus on Malagasy oral traditions, a screening of « Angano... Angano... nouvelles de Madagascar ».
A journey through tales and legends to discover Madagascar. The oral tradition, tinged with humour and tenderness, helps us to understand the world around us, the origin of life, death, rice and sacrifice as explained by the Madagascan ancestors.
The session is free and no registration is required, subject to availability. Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before the start of the film.
