Réveil des archives sonores X Label Suisse: Barrio Colette & Cheptel Records at MEG

In anticipation of its 10th edition from 16 to 18 September, Label Suisse is taking a trip to the MEG's sound archives to invite an artist from its programme to play the role of headhunter each month. A digging dive during which, each musician will evolve in an exceptional collection of 5000 LPs to extract his or her favourites, compile them and then unveil them during a vinyl dj-set performed live and in before, one Thursday per month from June onwards.

For the warmth of July, MEG is pleased to welcome Anissa from Barrio Colette and Bandit Voyage and Robin from Cheptel Records and Bandit Voyage to heat up the decks right in its beautiful garden!

Together they are the sensitive three-headed Barrio Colette.
Like an ode to tramway & music hall music.
As if Dua Lipa sang with the Parisian women.
As if Mariah Carey was friends with Françoise Hardy.
It's in Geneva, a city of escorts and squats for dog punks, that they drag their big hearts, their sad eyes and their old French voices. And it will soon be in your home too!
