Audiences with specific needs
The MEG building is equipped with ramps and elevators.
Easy access is provided for strollers and people with reduced mobility.
The exhibition galleries are equipped with seats and folding stools.
Cane strollers and wheelchairs are available from the Museum's ticket office.
The MEG Auditorium is equipped with a magnetic loop for the hearing impaired.
2 parking spaces for disabled people are located in front of the Museum esplanade, at 65-67 Bd Carl-Vogt.
Toilets suitable for people with reduced mobility are available on the ground floor and level -1.
Guided tours and other specific activities are offered to visitors with disabilities.
Guided tours are also available on request.

Free of charge
Persons with disabilities and their companions are free of charge for all MEG programming, subject to availability. To take advantage of this measure, people can :
- either collect their ticket at the Museum ticket office
- either make a reservation by email at publics.meg@geneve.ch
- or call the following number 0041 22 418 45 55, from 10:00 to 17:00, from Tuesday to Sunday.
