Drag folklore is the collective productions of a people that are transmitted from one generation to the next by oral tradition and imitation. These popular and nocturnal arts and traditions include literary culture (punch-lines, music and beliefs), figurative culture (rituals, looks, dips and shows), material culture (wigs, looks, make-up) and technical culture (padding, binding, tucking, contouring...).

Our society of spectacle and consumption also has its folklore... ironic and flamboyant.

The transmission of the drag folklore takes place through rhizomatic structures. A real viral poetics of propagation, of body to body between spirits burning with a fever of the Great Saturday Night. It never stops evolving in all directions and each of its elements can influence another. This situated and embodied knowledge takes place as much in the urban fabric of the city of Geneva as in the muscular and adipose tissue of its local avatars and participates in the vitality of the popular culture of French-speaking Switzerland with flamboyance. It unfolds in the backstage of clubs, cellars, on sofas and in the flow of metahistories, on the razor's edge. Drag folklore has no author; it is networks, interactions, knots, and catcalls.

Follex-chlore-hic! From the blue Prosecco pool Ivrex of the gene lacrimo screams:" FEM!" and yet the male scream! The glands the Haus burns ...and we look away...To become better To become Flamboyantly ignifugal?
