Family visit to discover an aspect of the rich collections of the MEG. Library and permanent exhibition. Wednesday, October 16, 3.00 p.m. In French only.

What was life like for slaves in New Orleans? After observing the decorated calabash bearing a message of peace in the temporary exhibition, let's discover in the library's music room what Sundays were like in Congo Square, the slaves' only day of freedom. The visit ends with a listen to the song "Wade in the water".
