Public guided tours

Tickets

Public guided tours are available to anyone with a valid free of charge or pre-paid ticket.
For free visits, tickets are issued at the MEG ticket office on presentation of proof of entitlement, subject to availability.
List of beneficiaries of free admission [PDF 0.1 Mo]

Reservations : at least 3 working days before the desired date, from Monday to Friday by e-mail to publics.meg@geneve.ch, specifying your name, first name, telephone number and the number of people accompanying you.

Tickets

The events are available to anyone with a valid free of charge or pre-paid ticket.
For all paying events, purchase can be made online through our website, via the link from the event partners (when indicated) or at the MEG ticket, subject to availability.
For all free events, tickets are available at the MEG ticket office, on presentation of proof of entitlement, subject to availability.

Access to the event rooms

The Auditorium will open 30 minutes prior to the event and will close 5 minutes before the event begins. In order to respect the public, artists and speakers, every effort will be made to begin on time. Once the doors are closed, any late entry into the Auditorium must be made in a discrete and timely manner.

Cancellation, postponement and reimbursement

In case you are late, there will be no reimbursement or exchange of tickets.
In case of theft or loss of tickets, a duplicate will be given only if the theft or loss is reported to the police.
In case of cancellation or postponement of the event due to the MEG, you will be entitled to a reimbursement or an exchange for a later date. The MEG will provide you with the conditions and the deadline for the reimbursement.

Participatory activities

Guidelines

It is strongly recommended that minimum age requirements are respected for each activity.
For all activities bearing the mention “with an accompanying person”, children must be accompanied by an adult who must participate in the entire activity and has paid for a full price ticket.
Unless otherwise stated, it is not necessary to bring anything to these activities.

Free activities

These activities are limited and subject to bookings. Bookings can be made by phone from Tuesday through Sunday, 5 days prior to the scheduled activity at +41 22 418 45 55 or at the MEG ticket office between 10:00 and 17:45.
Participation is guaranteed up to 15 minutes before the activity. If tickets have not been claimed 15 minutes before the activity starts, they will be redistributed.

Ticketed activities

You can purchase a ticket online through our website, via the link from the event partners (when indicated) or directly at the MEG ticket office, subject to availability.
Participation is guaranteed up to 15 minutes before the activity. After this, tickets purchased online will be put back up for sale.

Free of charge for disabled people

For the entire MEG program, disabled people and their aides are entitled to free tickets, limited to availability. Please refer to the MEG ticket office, in person or by phone between 10:00 and 17:45 at +41 22 418 45 55, from Tuesday to Sunday.
