Cycle "Meetings for reflection and action": Grandparents for the climate take over the MEG Foyer
Sunday 6 February 2022, 11:00
Through experimentation, games and stories, "Grandparents for the Climate" will pass on their knowledge for a sustainable future. Sunday 6 February, from 11 am to 6 pm.
"Facing the environmental emergency: meetings to reflect and act": Transmission, know-how and sustainability.
The association Grandparents for the Climate Geneva is taking over the Foyer of the MEG to share with you, through experimentation, games and stories, their knowledge for a sustainable future.
The Grandparents for the Climate Association Geneva works for a change in lifestyles and consumption patterns. With this in mind, it invites you, throughout the day, to come and share your thoughts on environmental issues through playful activities.
During this "Rendez-vous for reflection and action" we will focus on the themes of transmission and know-how, always in relation to sustainability issues.
The transmission of knowledge and know-how from generation to generation is an essential and crucial aspect for the preservation of the environment. Often, this knowledge and know-how is closely linked to specific knowledge concerning the environment, for example in the transmission of a language, nautical know-how or botanical knowledge.
This event takes place on the first Sunday of the month and is therefore free of charge and requires no prior registration.
