WIPO Photography Prize for Indigenous Peoples and Local Community Youth

Vernissage of the Exhibition of Shortlisted Entries of the WIPO Photography Prize 21-22, speeches and drinks, followed by a guided tour of the temporary exhibition. MEG Garden. 21 June at 5.30 pm.
Themed Climate Change and Climate Action: Mother Earth through our Lenses, the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) Photography Prize encourages Indigenous and local community youth to capture and communicate their perspectives on the climate-related challenges confronting their communities.
As part of its exhibition “Environmental Injustice – Indigenous Peoples’ Alternatives”, MEG is partnering with WIPO to present the shortlisted photos from the 2021-2022 competition.
Vernissage on June 21
5:30 pm: welcome drink and free visit of the photos' exhibition in the MEG Garden
6:00 pm: speeches fom MEG and OMPI
6:15 to 7:00 pm: visit of the exhibition "Environmental Injustice - Indigenous Peoples' Alternatives" by Carine Ayélé Durand, MEG director and curator of the exhibition
