Giving rights to elements of nature aims to halt the current environmental degradation and to rethink the relationship with the environment. This meeting invites you to enter into the heart of these stakes by comparing a citizen mobilization born in Switzerland, the Call to the Rhone, which aims to give the Rhone a legal personality, with examples of this recognition of the right of nature in indigenous territories and on a European scale.
